An initial, confidential consultation. We take time to deeply understand your hiring needs and to agree on the detailed specification for the role.

Research

We conduct comprehensive research into the market, producing a longlist of prospective candidates, including their concise biographical details.

Discussion

We discuss the longlist with you and agree which lawyers to target in the first instance.

Contact

We reach out to the target lawyers, gauging interest and further determining their suitability for the role.

Interviews

We co-ordinate candidate interviews and provide detailed feedback following each interview. When it comes to offer stage, we provide guidance with regard to extending a compelling offer.
