We discuss the longlist with you and agree which lawyers to target in the first instance. |

We reach out to the target lawyers, gauging interest and further determining their suitability for the role. |

Interviews |
We co-ordinate candidate interviews and provide detailed feedback following each interview. When it comes to offer stage, we provide guidance with regard to extending a compelling offer. |
